Position: Administrative Assistants


We are currently looking for talented and skilled Administrative Assistants to join our dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the various departments in the execution of daily tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities may vary depending on the office to which you are assigned. Key duties include:

  • Welcoming visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Accompanying guests to meeting venues
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently.
  • Personal assistance to staff members when required.
  • Drafting, proofreading and finalizing documents such as memorandums, official letters and guest lists for various business events. advanced use of Microsoft Office applications to facilitate inter- and intradepartmental exchanges.
  • Perform data entry tasks in systems specific to the assigned office. - Maintain daily attendance and overtime records.
  • Set up files and filing system.
  • Coordination between internal and external offices to ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
  • Placing online catering orders according to the specific needs of the office concerned.
  • Contacting various establishments for social events.
  • Help organize workshops and seminars.

Qualifications required for the position:

To be considered as an ideal candidate, you must meet the following criteria :

  • Excellent command of English, as well as Arabic and/or French. knowledge of other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish would be a major asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook and Teams. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. - Familiarity with general office procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
  • Ability to act tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Resourcefulness, reliability and exemplary sense of responsibility combined with impeccable professional behavior.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including the possibility of overtime if necessary.
  • Experience in dealing with VIPs and senior officials is desirable but not required
